La Veillée
La Veillée is a lounge chair in birch veneer and black-lacquered wood, with an upholstered seat and a bolster held in place by passementerie cords. Its split back creates a sculptural profile, while the curved wooden structure frames the soft upholstery. Made by hand, the chair combines lacquered wood, textile and passementerie in a carefully considered construction.
